Fleurs de Fête Restaurant Participant

Fleurs de Fête is a relaxing afternoon of fine wine tasting, food sampling, live music, and silent auction. This year’s event will again be held at Carillon Historical Park and proceeds will benefit the Park and Dayton History. In past years, over 30 restaurants have graciously donated their food specialties and services to support this event. We are requesting a donation of 1,500 to 2,000 bite-sized samples and personnel to serve your gourmet fare. The event is a great opportunity for you to stay connected to your loyal patrons, share new menu offerings with the community, and continue to expand your customer base.

We know the success of Fleurs de Fête has always been due in large part to the generosity of the fabulous, locally owned and operated restaurants. We would love for you to join us for another great year of continued success for the event. We also invite you to share your experience and encourage your friends and peers in the restaurant business to participate.

Restaurant Participation Agreement

Thank you! Your participation is essential to the success of this event. Supporting Fleurs de Fête also supports Dayton History’s goal to educate, enrich, and entertain thousands of children and adults each year. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to A Special Wish Foundation and Rebuilding Together Dayton.

  • To make this experience memorable for our guests and advantages for the supporting restaurants, Fleurs de Fête will provide you with: plates, napkins, utensils, and three 6-foot banquet tables with linens.
  • Hand cleaning and utensil cleaning stations will be available. We want to provide you with as much service support as possible so you can focus on making and serving your delicious dishes to potential restaurant patrons.
