The fourth annual Dayton Concours d’Elegance at Carillon Park will be held on Sunday, September 19th. Presented by AAA Miami Valley, this high-end antique car show will feature the automobiles of Walter P. Chrysler and Alfa Romeo.
The Concours weekend kicks off on Saturday afternoon, the 18th, with a driving tour and visit to a local automotive museum for Concours participants. Saturday evening features a casual party, open to the public, on the grounds of the Carillon Historical Park offering a preview of automobiles, automotive art pavilion, entertainment, silent auction, food and beverages. Saturday evening’s Preview Party will be held from 6:30 to 11:00 pm Cost is $75 per person and reservations are required.
The Concours is held from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday and will have 200 classic and antique automobiles and motorcycles competing for awards. There will also be live entertainment, an automotive art pavilion, sponsor exhibits, and a variety of local food and beverages. All historic buildings and exhibits at the park will be open.
Admission to the Sunday Concours is free to all Dayton History members. General admission fees are $10 for adults, $5 for children 3-17 with children under 3 free. A commemorative program is included with admission. Discounted tickets will be for sale at Carillon Historical Park and all AAA Miami Valley offices beginning August 15th.
