The Archive Center

n
the spring of 2000, The Montgomery County Historical Society moved from
its longtime location at the Old Court House at Third and Main to its
new headquarters at the Archive Center. This 35,000 square foot
facility provides quality space for the 100,000 items contained in the
Society’s collections.
The Archive Center is also the home of the NCR Archive, an extraordinary collection
of three million items, which documents life in our community, our
nation and across the world. The result of an innovative partnership
between NCR and Dayton History to preserve this national treasure,
the organization will be working to make these materials available to the
public.
