Come down to Carillon Park for food and drink, live entertainment, and family fun

that celebrate Dayton’s European roots. 

The first Alpine Heritage Festival at Carillon Park will be held

Friday, May 30th from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm and Saturday, May 31st from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. 

Admission is free during festival hours. 

Visitors will enjoy all of the park’s permanent exhibits and historic buildings

as well as special displays focused on the immigrants from Germany, Hungary,

and other regions in Europe that helped to transform Dayton

from an agricultural economy into an industrial powerhouse. 

Beers, wines, and food celebrating these cultures will be for sale. 

A children’s activity area with games and craftsalong with

cultural music and dance will make this a perfect dayfor the whole family. 

Evening entertainment will feature popular local bands

Velvet Crush, Wildcat Road, and City Knights.
